What is the refund policy? -A program is cancelled. -Cancellation by parent/guardian two days prior to start date. For Montpelier Senior Activity Center programs, cancellation is allowed within first two weeks of program. -Pro-rated due to illness or accident after program begins (or after second week for MSAC programs). Registrations made online with the use of a credit card will be refunded at our office in form of check or household credit. We do not have the ability to refund transactions and cancellations to your credit card.
