Gentle/Moderate Yoga to Improve Balance | Ragan Sheridan
In this class we will strengthen and increase flexibility of our feet, ankles, hips, our core, and back muscles, as well as our overall posture, to improve our balance. We will cultivate body awareness along with focused attention through mindful movement and we will use the breath to help us stay present in the moment through physical as well as life transitions. We will also look at where there is an imbalance in the rest of our being and work with various tools to support overall balance of our body, emotions, mind and spirit. This is a gentle-moderate class for those experienced with yoga and able to get up and down from the floor comfortably and stand for extended periods of time.
