Somatic Movement: Sensing your Body

Explore how to stay more in tune with what happens within yourself as you meet the stresses and joys of your life. Through sensory, somatic, and creative movement exercises, self and co-regulation practices, and inviting the skillset of intentional body pausing, you will discover how a deep knowing of yourself allows for a steady, grounded presence as you meet each day.
