The best way to stay vibrant and healthy is to keep moving! This class is ideal for people who take joy in exploring fun and creative ways to move the body through balancing, stretching, and mindfully challenging our muscles. Students will gain strength, improve posture and balance, maintain hand-eye coordination, increase flexibility, and develop improved overall body awareness. It is a manageable moderate level class. Poses and sequences are explained and demonstrated with a range of challenge options from gentle to "spicy". If you can lie, sit, and balance while standing on a yoga mat comfortably, this class is at a good level for you. Contact Suzanna ahead of time if you need special modifications. Blocks, bolsters, and straps are provided and their use is encouraged.
