Come learn basic woodcarving techniques as we carve comfort birds. Comfort birds are smooth, handheld wooden birds that can be gently rubbed with a thumb, which can be soothing for folks of all ages. They require only a knife to carve and are great for beginners. Class size limited to 4.

With Bill Stinson | at MSAC | 3 meetings on Tuesdays (starts 1/7 – ends 1/21) | 1:15 – 3:15 pm | Open to MSAC members and public | $20 for members/ $40 Public. For an additional $35, you can purchase your own knife and other supplies, but it is not necessary.
